must be from stenlabs.com? i have used their IGF1 LR3 and IGF DES 1,3. The DES is very short acting but supposed to be stronger. reconstitute with acetic acid 2cc into the vial with the powder, dont shake just kind of roll around and it will dissolve. i used 80 mcg per day bilaterally into the muscle i was training (sites i have tried are delts, biceps, pecs, and quads). when i say 80 mcg bilaterally that means 40 mcgs on each side. Dont mix the IGF with sterile water/bacteriostatic water bc there is evidence that it may mess of the molecular structure if stored that way but it is ok to cut the injection with it right before u use it...if not the acetic acid will burn like a MOFO. so anyways, after reconstitiuted with 2cc AA draw up .08cc IGF the cut with .92 cc of sterile water and that will give u a 1 cc pain free injection. use insulin needles bro. its such a small dose if u dont u will never be able to draw it up correctly. its intended to be that way hence they put it in such a small vial instead of a 10cc vial like aas. theres lots of debate if u should do it before or after a workout. I have done it both ways and pretty much had the same result. some say after bc thats when igf levels are the lowest. i personally do it right before i leave for the gym bc it makes me feel like im on pcp in the gym and i can just blast weight and get a great pump. for those who may be wondering. igf des 1,3 is the newest form of ogf from what i can gather. its supposedly 5x more potent that the IGF LR3 but the jury is still out on that one. either way both are great. still prefer AAS but i like to use the peptides in between cycles.
