I think I eat way more than I do. I'm a 26 year old female. 128lbs BF 16%.

I generally workout out twice a day, including distance runs, and high volume weight training.

I would guess I take in 1400 kcals per day. I am trying to drop BF, but would also like to add lean body mass.

Can someone help me, maybe built?

Also, have you ever been overweight, and what are your goals - are you an endurance athlete who is trying to stay lean, or are you simply trying to stay fit?

Which types of activities do you like to do, and how do you currently train - please detail your week for me, day by day, including the weight lifting routine you use, reps, sets, weights used. Everything.

How's your appetite and your energy?

Are you on any meds, and have you had a recent checkup?
