I think I eat way more than I do. I'm a 26 year old female. 128lbs BF 16%.
I generally workout out twice a day, including distance runs, and high volume weight training.
I would guess I take in 1400 kcals per day. I am trying to drop BF, but would also like to add lean body mass.
Can someone help me, maybe built?
