bc i still don't know what to eat and i've been reserching for about 4months now ....any help?
 
You need protein, carbs, and fats. Figure out a macro spread that you like and a caloric total that is about where you need to be, then write in some foods that you can eat that are healthy.

Then from there figure some recipes out.
