well, yesterday i did my bicep workout at school, i did probably 3 or 4 sets of dumbell curls, then i did some ez bar stuff. well when i got home i said to myself that i wasnt satisfied with my bicep workout at school so i decided to pump up at home and do 4x8 bb curls, then 4x8 db curls to failure, and today im not sore at all. i think that i may have really overworked them and im kinda worried that it ripped my muscles up too much. am i overreacting or is this actually bad to workout 2 times a day like i did?
