bc u wouldn't have gyno on your upper chest would you??...well when i pinch my upper and middle chest it feels like the same thimg on the lower chest....do you think it could be soft muscle tissue??

True gyno is a hard, calcified lump. It would be beneath the nipple not up high.

gyno from roids or old chub?

ur 15 man.

u dont got gyno man, dont stress bout it

i know, but i think its just muscle tissue bc i have it on my upper chest and on the outside of my chest and on my biceps...gyno can't go all the way up to ur collar bone would it? i don't think soo.

u dont have it at all, lose some bodyfat

And, if I remember correctly, it's really not that bad on you...

well here are some pics.....what exercises will develope my chest bc its small and undeveloped and well heres my chest workout:
benchpress 3x10
decline press 3x10
incline press 3x10
chest fly's 2x10
and on all the benchpress ones i've been goin till failure on all 3sets on each of them ...is that bad? it seems all i'm gaining is strength and no mass...should i go lighter?

and people keep your stupid comments to yourself please

i dont think that gyno you just have a lot of fat on your chest

do you think i should bulk or cut? cardio maybe?

yeah i think cuttin would be a good idea

so like how a good diet? cardio how many times a week? in the morning? low carbs? how many cals aday?

dude, just eat healthier and lift/run a little bit dont sweat it. at 15, i dont care what people say, you arent going to make massive gains. those dont come untill your later teens and early twenties. you need a little fat on you. dont go on some crazy diet or anything, just run a few times a week for 40 minutes and lift better. eat healthy foods, and eat plenty of them. and as far as developing your chest better, according to what others on the board have told me about volume, youre doing too much chest work. maybe check your form when youre benching- make your arms perpindicular to your body, keep your elbows in a strait line with your shoulders, focus on the negative portion of the movement. i find that these things tend to take the arms out of the movement and emphasize the chest.

you can make excellent gains at 15 but you have to train properly which is where most teens struggle

i agree, but you also cant deny that the gains made at 15 pale in comparison to those made at 21 or so.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't really see anything wrong with those pictures.
