you can make excellent gains at 15 but you have to train properly which is where most teens struggleJayBee said:dude, just eat healthier and lift/run a little bit dont sweat it. at 15, i dont care what people say, you arent going to make massive gains. those dont come untill your later teens and early twenties. you need a little fat on you. dont go on some crazy diet or anything, just run a few times a week for 40 minutes and lift better. eat healthy foods, and eat plenty of them. and as far as developing your chest better, according to what others on the board have told me about volume, youre doing too much chest work. maybe check your form when youre benching- make your arms perpindicular to your body, keep your elbows in a strait line with your shoulders, focus on the negative portion of the movement. i find that these things tend to take the arms out of the movement and emphasize the chest.
