And just to give you some basic truths that will help you save money and time, don't look for supplements to make the difference in your body. Your body was designed to run efficiently. Fuel it and exercise it for the goals you want. That means, as the guys called out above - you gotta eat, and then lift like a mutherfucker to get your results.
The other basic truth is that muscle takes time to grow. Don't spend a week lifting and then get frustrated because you didn't put on 20 lb. You just got started in the gym and my guess is your diet needs to be completely revamped if you want results. Get the basics worked out - and then go do it. And just stay consistent. Don't get impatient looking for results.
