We've been doing this at work for years. Except it works better if you use a toilet bowl cleaner called "Works". We call them works bombs. One time we got a 25gal drum and made a bomb. The thing shot up at least 15ft in the air. Coolest day at work ever....besides the potato/tennis ball gun.

This is what happens when Kids have kids, they don't get the proper education/manners from their teen parents and could be easily misled. Fix the problem from the root not just the surface.
