iam training now for i hope the over 40 ny state championships. iam in need of any help from someone who has expierience on dieting in offseason as to not put on fatr just muscle. please include 6 meals a day schedule and how many whey protein shakes ill need. i won a contest but only city so any help would be much gratitude from me. thnx fellows. oh, iam 6'1 260 now at about 14-16 %bf. imo
