Will tips for increasing resistance and intensity like avoiding bounce and momentum (such as holding the bottom position of a rep for 1-5 seconds) and help getting the rep up like tensing ur glutes (which provides exertion for any muscle) increase hypertrophy? I'm pretty sure avoiding bounce and momentum will make you work harder and the glute tensing tip will help you lift heavier, right? so muscle should develope.

Im getting this info from a from a strength training book, the naked warrior by pavel. It says that these strength training tips will help contract your muscles harder so im pretty sure it will increase hypertrophy too.

yes avoid bouncing. the reps should be controlled. never throwing the weight around.

Honestly,

everyday you have another post about increasing size or your delts or how to get big.

YOU WORRY ABOUT THIS SHIT TO MUCH!!

Don't fucus on all the variables or you will get nowhere! Get in there, keep it simple and basic, and put more weight on the fucking bar. That is it. Just improve. Just put more weight on the bar.

Best post of the day.....:thumb:

lol dude who the fuck said anythign about my delts?? Im just talking about building size in general. And my second question about tensing the glutes making you stronger was to help putting more weight on the bar. Im doing everything you say just trying to find better ways. You and all the moderatores and saying you need to find a way to work harder to build size and this is it i guess.

So anyways about avoiding bounce, should i increase the intensity in my reps by holding the bottom position for 1-5 secs? I'll be working harder.

Find a way to work harder?

You just need to find a way to stop thinking so much and start doing.

What does your trainign routine look like? Start there.

heres all you need ;)

1.Train heavy and hard.

2.Get a good routine and stick to it.

3.train smart

4.Aviod overtraining.

5.Eat!- to grow.

6.Rest- get 8-10 hours of sleep a night.

7.Take a week off every few weeks/months.

8.take supplements if needed.

When you can bench 1.5x and squat 2x your body weight raw and naturally you can post another stupid question.

The first couple of threads were forgivable, but when these guys are constantly telling him the same (good) advice, i expect it gets frustrating as hell for them. After all, all they want to do is help. Just some people wont help themselves.

No seriously.

Here is all you need to know:

1) train hard. go in the gym 3 days a week and pick shit up. challange yourself to put more weight on the bar.

2) eat lots of food.

right now that is all you need to know. At 15 there is no magic. You have just started training. Your body is going to grow!

I dont really know how its exactly a stupid question, see im hearing that u need to somehow make yourself work harder in ur reps and increase volume for muscle gain from cowpimp and all the rest of you (so im actually listening to everyone) so you know i was just wondering if this would help. also you see, everyone is telling me to experiment with different things so when these guys think im overthinking things, im actually curious, and still they seem to treat me like crap when im still doing my fucking exercises and just curious about my questions, 'son'.
Im not a fucking beginner like everyone thinks. I had mastered doing over 25 regular one arm pushups in a month (2 years ago) and doing 5 weighted pistols with 35lbs which gave me a hell of strength then i moved to true weights since i was ready. Im much stronger now so i can probably do around 50 if my joints were in the bad condition they used to be.

but seriously i dont know why the hell im arguing with you, i mean you are the coolest guy in this whole damn forum so u must be right. No doubt.

It's not a stupid question. The point is you've asked numerous similar questions over a short time period. Take what you've learned, apply it and if it's not working a few months down the road, then it's time to re-evaluate and ask a few questions. That's all.

Exactly...
I just didn't know how to say it this nice

When your big lifts go up, and your calories go up, your size goes up.

Amazing, I know.

What do we know....i mean, he is the master of the one arm push up. Shit like this is why parental controls were invented.

And the stupid question would be which anabolics to try first, since this also the rule of thumb on when to take steroids right??
