HEy guys, Im looking for ideas on how to incorporate the Insanity workout into a gym routine. Im just starting the last month of Insanity and really enjoy this. I heard Fusion is a mix of both Insanity and P90X, but is it gym friendly? Anyone here whos been through any of these programs and has modified, post up your routine Im really interested in how people have modified this to fit into a gym routine. Thanks for reading and any input you give.

As long as the gym has an aerobic room of sorts, or an open area where you can perform all of the movements needed then I don't see why a gym wouldn't support this. Just keep it out of the free weight area to avoid looking like an @$$ and being told such.

My opinion based on what I know about these routines is that if your goal is endurance or to cut cut cut then you could definitely incorporate it into a traditional workout. These routines are known to be extremely catabolic so if you are looking to add any sort of lean muscle whilst performing these routines it more than likely won't happen without some sort of chemical enhancement. That being said, if done correctly with the proper intensity, Insanity + P90X would be more than enough for you to start cutting without the need for a gym.

I stick to bodybuilding/strength routines so no help here. What are your goals exactly?

I'm more looking for people who have done this at home and brought some of this back to the gym with them. I'm not looking to get big but I'd like a lean muscular physique. Right now this is shedding weight off my body an since I've always had problems losing weight I'd like to use this on my cardio days or maybe do a mix of the cardio circuits with lifting. I believe that's what the fusion workout is, but I'm not looking for another hme workout.
