My friend just purchased a weight gainer and he tells me one shake contains 1,800 calories. Can your body process that many calories?
Im thinking of purchasing a weight gainer but only adding one scoop to milk instead of 3. Isnt 600 calories + a banana and milk good enough?
PS: Why the hell is their so much sugar in that stuff?
