What are some of the potential negatives to this mostly positive choice? I work out at home where I won't be ostracised for my nudity, so the fear of hurling unnecessary slander at complete strangers is only a concern in my trailer park. Are there potential health side effects, such as slowing of protein synthesis, or spontaneously combustive lupus? I've been curious about this for some time after meeting a very charming young lush at a gym some years ago, who couldn't do squats cuz the room was spinning.

Please feel free to post impossibly complex flow charts and scientific studies requiring an advanced degree to interpret.

Its a great idea. Why else would they have cup holders on all the cardio bikes?

I'm not gonna lie, I've got a good buzz on right now, and I'm hankerin for some sweet sweet SFW. But in all seriousness though, am I wasting my time, or is any exercise good exercise regardless of intoxication?

Some one would have to ship him free samples. Is beer expensive to fed ex?

Andy Darling on how alcohol impairs your athletic performance | Life and style | The Guardian

"The liver is slow at metabolising ethanol: on average, it takes about one hour for every unit of alcohol. It has to work extra hard, giving the ethanol undivided attention, and is thus unable to produce the glucose the working muscles require. According to Professor Ron Maughan of the School of Sport and Exercise Sciences at Loughborough University, "ingestion of alcohol will increase the risk of hypoglycaemia [abnormally low levels of blood sugar] due to the suppression of glucose production by the liver. This may be of particular concern during prolonged moderate-intensity exercise when glucose output from the liver is an important source of energy."

I would add in some good herb to maximize the pump.....

no problem mate, I've always wondered this myself ever since watching Jackie Chan in Drunken Master lol

gotta be the best placebo out there

I think it's a better post workout supp. Great nutrient shuttling abilities.

Do you suppose potential hypoglycaemia might be mitigated by glucose ingestion? Or just pinning some powdered sugar? I'm thinking one box pulverised amos and andy cookies pinned directly into the pancreas should do, followed by about an hour of listening to the syrupy sweet voice of Miley Cyrus?

Yah and pint of lard after workout will get u buff and super tight looking ..

:roflmao:

Not only is it the best pre workout, it's the best during and post workout supp. Do this and do it right, and everyone in the gym will slap/punch your ass just to help you get fired up.

But not all beer, though. It must be the malt liquor type, just to make sure to give you that fuck the world feeling.

I recommend 8 ball, St Ides, King Cobra, Micky's. And if you can still find it out there Red Bull, this product has been discontinued due to its effectiveness.

You might bench the wife, shit in the sink and fuck the cat by mistake!

I actually prefer to have a nice shot of cognac pre workout because I like to feel sophisticated and I like acting like a snob at the gym.

If the above statement didn't make any sense, it's because I'm buzzed right now:alcoholic:

A good 6er pre workout will give you one helluva pump. Just add a tblsp of sugar to each can and you won't hafta worry about the hypoglycemia. If the incredible pump you will have gets too painful post WO, then about 12 shots of hard liquor (80+ proof) will provide the much needed relief.

GICH!

Merlot...Pre-During-post...........End of discussion.....

Meth and rohibnol is the best pWO

A bottle of Post workout night train speeds vital alcohol molecules to my damaged fascia.
