hey guys, I love vegetables. Sometimes I make a nice big stir-fry with zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, green peppers, mushrooms, cucumbers, spinach, and cabbage. (Stir-fried in water of course
) Basically, a whole bunch of cooked vegetables. Anyway, I'll eat a big bowl of these. I should count these calories right? These aren't just a few greens, these are 'meatier' veggies and the calories will add up, especially with broccoli. Is it alright if I consume all these veggies as a meal, as long as a add a nice protein like chicken?
