I heard that if you do not do sit ups corrects that you can actually build muscle over the fat layer so it would be like.....muscle, fat, some muscle.

Is this true? It was said that if you breath out when you go up in a situp/crunch that this can be avoided.

I guy who used to workout in my highschool gym during weightraing for football. Its been a few years since that. It maid me paranoid for a while. It sounds like bs but you never can be too shure. That would suck too.... Is this totally untrue?

LMAO, and I though that we had just skin over out fat. I would take Prince comment on this. There is a lot BS said at high school level, trust me I hear all kinds of shiat all the time. ;)

That would explain all the fatasses at the beach that walk around like they're all hard

Yah...there was a guy on my football team that thought he was buff and was like....."Man I cant wait till spring break to meet all the girls down in Florida." He was pretty strong but I was thinking....'With that gut....I dont think you will be meeting much of anything!' LOL

I will hear people out and what they say, but take it with a grain of salt. There is intra-muscular fat, but thinking of it as muscle/fat/muscle/fat/muscle layers, uhh no.

Intermuscular fat? Like, fat marbled into the muscle like a prime rib or somthing?

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
Exactly, marble! Just like steaks etc
Generally this is considered "OK" since thats part of your size, just the way it is.

Persons who do not exercise tend to have more intermuscular fat than those who partake in resistance training...

Inter/Intra, remember MS there is a difference.

Which is which then, Mudge? Are Intermusclar fat and Intramuscular fat both somthing?

Intra would mean laced within, like an intranet. Internet/intermuscular would mean outside or around, but not within.

Marble would be intra, I dont imagine that most people have a very marble-type look, there is probably not all THAT much fat laced within the muscles, I bet though that it varies by which muscle it is, quads vs biceps or etc, but who knows. Like anything not everyones is going to be the same, but we are animals just like the stuff you buy at the store, there is some fat in there for sure.
