Hey all,
I often wonder if fall into this so called catergory, Seems like i can't lose fat even on very strict diet and lowering my calories bit at a time and with cardio 3-4 times a week.

Realy feels like pointless for me to cut and just go back on bulk since my weight never lowers much at all when i do cut. I can gain muscle mass pretty good but just cutting fat off pretty much nothing happens.

I know everyone will ask for my diet and try carb cycling etc and all those things but realy seems all same to me when trying to cut and body fat levels seem to never change much.

Is there actualy any problems in the body that can force body fat to stay in the body even with correct diets and cardio ?

there is always a solution. you have to find ways to force your body to do what you want it to do.

There is not always a solution , but most of the time there is. Appart from what most people think , a very slight portion of obese people are obese due to glandular problems. But this is very rare , so yes there is probably a solution for you. Post your diet if you want better help on here .

Are they fat because these glandular problems make them hungry all the time?

This the Deal we here all the time about I am big boned or i have gladular problem or it is gentic. The stats are even if you have full genetic or glandular disorder it only controls 13% of your total body weight. If you have gentic dispotision to being fat or heavy that only means that you have more trouble than most people to loose weight not that you put it on easily or faster. So if you are not cheating you realy are eating right and exercising then it very well could be genetic and the means you just have to try a little harder than the norm. no one one wants to here "Run farther/longer" but those are the brakes the sometimes. My best advice is focus on the process not the product.
