No, it's just ego and you have to check that at the door....I can military 20-30lbs more if I don't train chest first but who cares....It aint a contest. You can do delts on another day if you like but stick to push/pull/legs or upper/lower...or total body and you will end up bigger and stronger in the long run.Shobe said:So ForumRules, I take it, you really like that split?
