I found this cereal at the store that is really good looking both nutritionally and with the ingredients. I was just wondering if it would be a good breakfast substitute 3-4 times a week for breakfast instead of oatmeal. It is called Uncle Sam Cereal and the ingredients are: Whole Wheat Kernels, Whole Flaxseed, Salt, Barley Malt, Niacin, Riboflavin, Thiamin Mononitrate.
