I'm only sore after I stretch in the morning but when I wake up I'm not sore.

Is this normal or am I doing something wrong training like Resting too long?

I just wanna know if soreness the morning after means you did a good job while u were training
 
Soreness is not an indicator of a productive workout. Some people get sore, some don't. As long as your strength is increasing you're doing it right.
 
Don't read into soreness as meaning anything. Particularly for stretching. And first thing in the morning... eh just don't read into it. Generally speaking as long as you've got 2 days between muscle group training, you're good. IMO stretching reflects conditioning.
