Ive been wanting to gain weight...

Okay so ive been looking to get muscle and weight fast but mostly weight.....im always getting told that im skinny and thats not what im looking to hear.
Here is the problem. Im about 15 years old-Ive been about 117lbs for the past 2 years-i have ADHD so i take these pills that practically balance out my weight...thats the part i hate..there is no way i can get around taking these pills my parents watch me take them..anyways i need ur help in gaining weight.
I would greatly appreciate it... thanks
 
The drugs just kill your appetite is all. I have ADHD and I take meds for it, too. You just need to eat anyway. Eat more fats - that can help a lot with bringing up the calories. Drink whole milk instead of water.

eat cheeseburgers, whole milk, pork and beans, pizza all day long youll gain weight i was skinny when i started training 5'8 and 109lbs now iam 6'1 255lbs just do cardio so you dont get all fat and sloppy. do stomach exercises to my friend. that ritalin or adderall can take your appetite away very bad. oh built thats my wife not me iam a man.

Well as to eating i have also been looking at mass products such as optimum serious mass...would this be safe for me to start taking? Can anyone recommend this or any other mass?

Well,you are still a teen,just eat more,and you need enough sleep.
 
How to gain weight:

Take your bodyweight x 20.

Eat that many calories every day. So start eating around 2,400 calories a day and weigh yourself once a week.

If you don't start gaining weight, add another 200 calories to your diet until you start gaining.

You need to split up your meals into 6 meals per day.

You need to lift HEAVY weights 3 days per week. 1 hour workouts or less. Do compound exercises like pull-ups, squats, deadlifts, bench press, etc. Skip the machines for now.

You need to get 8 hours of sleep every night.

These are just the basics. Keep learning more but don't deviate from these basic guidelines.
