i've got the cycle down, Q bout routine and syringes and pins

wk
1-10 100mg test prop EOD
1-10 Arimidex .5 EOD
pct nolva 40/40/20/20

the other question is what about a routine? i've read people stickin with normal 5 day split, others working each body part 2-3 times a week. do you need a rest day on roids?
question is i've never done a cycle, i've read to use a 23 for pinning but not sure what else i need, such as syringes. any help? thanks

I use
23g 1 1/2" pins for glutes
23g 1" pins for delts
21g 1 1/2" for drawing

Where is your HCG in your cycle? Would recommend running it starting your 2nd week and through your cycle and until the esters clear your system. You would use a slin pin for that.
 
Before you start I'd like to point out to you that prop for a first cycle isnt a good idea. Firstly it hurts like a bitch and for a new guy that will definetly be a turn off. Secondly prop has a half life of 24 hours and thats why most who use it do it every day not every other. I heard no mention of HCG in this proposed cycle either. You would be best off as far as pain and having a productive cycle to do either cypionate or enathate with a mon-thurs pin schedule at 250mgs each shot. I will watch for further posts from you and hopefully we can get you sorted out. Pin size will come next.
 
i don't think the pain would bother me that much, i've read a lot of people running prop first cycle eod. plus with e and c don't you have to run something like d-bol to jump start it for the first few weeks.
 
You can use prop....but I would not use nolva. Replace it with an AI like adex. Nolva will mess with your IGF and HGH levels....not ideal when your body going through PCT.

Drop the prop go with cyp,for a beginner,lots of pinning. HCG should be thought of too,check out spotinjections.com,this site shows u were and what pins should be used.good luck,and besafe.
Have u done any research,what's ur age and stats,alittle more info might benefit you,and easier for the good guys here to critique you.
 
That is a LOT of injecting. Whew. And the brand of Prop will probably determine the pain involved.
 
25g 5/8 in should do fine, alot of the guys on here are hcg fans, i think it suppresses ur n test rather than jump starts it, and i really dont give a damn how big my balls are. i would agree on switching the prop to cyp or e, the initial effects of that c u will see about 7 days and e at 5-6, run it at 500 a week and i bet u would be very pleased with the results. i ran test e at 500, deca at 300 when i was a yungster for my first and gained about 25 lbs in 8 weeks. do what u do keep posted.

Imo bro,I would not run anything else,just stick with test e,or just the cyp,and run it for 12 weeks,2 weeks after last pin,start clomid 100/75/50/50 4 weeks.my previous post I gave u that site spotinjections .com... Did u check it out? I'm not a fan on nolvadex,but u can keep it on hand if the issue arises.U should get everything in check first,a good exercise program,and a good diet,or what ever ur goal is.good luck,besafe..what's ur age and stats?

The effects of Cyp will kick in at about week 4 or 5, which is why most will do a 4 week kickstart of dbol. But that usually comes with a lot of water weight. The adex will keep the water under control a bit if thats the route you want to go. But its advised to run just the Cyp so you can see how your body reacts. This way when you do move on to your 2nd and so cycles you know what to expect from your base Cyp.

I will tell you what was recommended to me by some very knowledgeable guys on here like SD and Roaddkingg:
weeks 1-10 - 500mg Cyp (shoot M and Thur @ 250mg each)
weeks 1-10 - .5mg Adex EOD
weeks 2-10 - 500ius HCG (shoot M and Thur @ 250ius each day)

PCT
weeks 11-12 - 500ius HCG (shoot M and Thur @ 250ius each day)
weeks 13-16 - Clomid 100/75/50/50

You run the HCG while your on cycle and then for the 12-14 days while the ester is clearing your system. You do not run it all the way through your PCT

Take Clomid over Nolva during PCT. But have Nolva on hand in case Gyno.

You will get a better appreciation for pinning 2 times per week for 10 weeks and what it would mean to run Prop ED. The HCG is subq with a slin pin which does not hurt a bit.
 
Okay I'll switch to test c or e (does it matter which) so if I don't run dbol I won't see any difference for about 4 weeks? Also I'm not to sure about what HCG is, could someone inform me? Btw I am 22 yrs old. I weigh about 160, been training since I was 17 but have always had a hard time gaining weight.

No, you wont feel or see anything from the Cyp for about 4 weeks, which is why people run dbol as a kickstart to their cycle. You will begin feeling the dbol within days.

Now, with that said your to young for this stuff. Your body is producing nearly as much test naturally as you will be putting into your system. Why would you shutdown your natural test to inject manufactured stuff? Plus, your issue with gaining weight is more due to your shitty diet than your lack of test. I guarantee you that if you were taking in 4000 calories a day you would be gaining weight. Go to fitday.com and enter in your food intake for say a week and repost. I bet you your not taking in enough carbs, protein and fat which would explain why you cant gain weight.

Your not going to listen to anything that was in the middle paragraph, all you see is DBOL and TEST. So I will end here and let you waste your time and money. Good luck.
 
actually for 7 months i bulked at 3600 calories a day. hit my macros every day. gained bout 5ish lbs over 7 months and half of that was fat. (woulda upped my cals but started packing on fat to easy) literally no increase in muscle... im pretty sure my diet and routine are spot on other wise i would not resort to steroids

Edit: i've been over this with another forum as well. i lift my ass of, eat awesome. literally dedicate every day to lifting but get no where, i've tried dif diets such as high carb, low carb with high protein. and i've tried a few dif lifting routine, high and low volume and everything. my body for some reason (possibly naturally low test/high est) has a hard time gaining muscle but packs on fat no problem. no idea what else to do

did all my research and had it all planned out, only until this forum did i ever even hear abot HCG.
 
Why not enth or cyp for your first cycle? I don't understand why you're going with prop. Would EOD not have your hormone levels fluctuating like crazy?

Like I said, provide us with a your intake for the next 2 or 3 days so others can have a look. As well, provide your week's workout routine. Maybe your overtraining.
