You have no idea. The little time I have for bodybuilding I give it my 100%. When I'm in the GYM I kill it, and when I'm not in the gym I try to keep a healthy clean diet. Sometimes, it's just difficult balancing bodybuilding and school/work/internship/social life/girls etc. But hey, nothing in life worth having comes easy so time to grind baby!
 
I killed back today, I'll give an update tomorrow after my last mid-term before SB12!
I also got a call today back from the hedge fund I interviewed with last week......and I got the new internship! legooooo

Bro, I think most understand! BB, Job-Travel, wife, kids, softball practice, Bike club, socilal life (LOL) It is all about time managment! Once you get it figured out its not too bad!

Thursday: Chest


Flat BB bench press- 6 sets
Cable Incline flys- 4 sets
DB pull overs- 4 sets
Dips- 4 sets

Total: 18 sets

Notes: My chest was hella pumped today. Feelsgoodman.jpg ha ha

LEGS


Leg extensions- 6 sets
Stiff leg deadlifts- 5 sets
ATG front squats (20 rep sets)- 4 sets
Lying reverse leg curls- 4 sets
Seated calve extensions- 4 sets

Total: 19 sets for quads/hams

Notes: I wanted to feel some pain on this leg workout so I decided to throw in some 20 rep ATG FRONT SQUATS half way through my workout. If you're man enough, give it a shot and lmk what you think. If you are not wanting to puke during/after your sets then you're not doing it right ha ha.

Time to blast some arms now!

if you ever want to just totally kill yourself (literally) just hit 20 front atg front squats in the middle of your leg workout. Only the strong will survive
 
gonna try that weds ill let you know how it goes... havent been hitting legs due to bad knees but they are feeling good... does anyone wrap their knees or have any advice ive been told i have jumpers knee or osgodslaughters... one doc put me on disability and said it was a fracture but i dont think so the tendon on the front of the knee tends to sweel after squatting alot or alot of stairs or even running ive been told atg is better on the knees because u arent trying to stop the weight to come back up

I always warm up with leg extensions due to knee pain from squatting. I like ATG squats because it just feels natural too me. Sometimes it puts pain on the lower back but it's not that bad.

When you do the leg extensions don't extend your knee all the way up if you have knee pain. Other than that you should be good. Go kill it!

+ 10 min rear delts to warm up
DB seated shoulder press- 5 sets
Seated DB side lateral raises- 4 sets+ 2 drop sets
Standing single arm db side laterals (behind the back)- 4 sets
Machine rear delts- 4 sets
Hammer strength shrugs- 3 sets

Total sets for delts: 19 sets

Notes: Absolutely destroyed delts today. Hit DB shoulder press with 100 lb db for 10 reps clean. Light weight baby!

the var completely killed my appetite, but that's not surprise. I had to take it into two doses and right after a meal.

Its spring break now so all my buddies are away from the gym but when they return I'll have someone take a vid of me deadlifting or doing some heavy front squats! You'll see how insane I really am lol
 
Just got done hitting back. Hit 455 for a double on deads with perrrrrffeccct form. I'll post up the rest of the workout in a sec. Going to eat and shower first.

Monday: Delts


Seated Side Laterals- 4 sets + 2 drop sets
Hammer Strength shoulder press- 4 sets + 1 drop set
DB Front raises- 4 sets
Cable behind the back raises- 4 sets
DB shrugs- 4 sets

Total sets: 23ish sets
 
I started tanning last week so hopefully I'll be tan for the final pics, ha ha. Going to blast some back today, my favorite!
 
I'm so pasty white I even have planet beach membership just not enough time in a day.
 
Just got back from Ultra Music Festival, it was 3 days long and boyyyyyy did I get some cardio in ha ha. I'm going to start cooking some meals now and getting back on this diet. The 3 day break was definitely useful.
