2 hours ago I had 12 oz beef and 1.5 cups of white rice
30 mins ago I just had 8 oz chicken and 1 cups rice

Idk why but I'm really hungry today. I won't train until late in the evening so hopefully I can lift some heavy weights with no problems!

man im hungry all the time(accept when running drol) lol

yes I will. I kind of want to wait and post pics in two weeks so it could be a fair assessment ( due to the injury and everything). But I will post pics up when they are due, which should be tomorrow if I remember correctly. After my w/o I will snap some shots and post them up.

First and for most, I would like to thank Uncle Z for allowing me to partake in the wonderful challenge. I would also like to thank all the competitors for providing motivation throughout this competition. Heavy,BigBen,Chucky, and VB you guys are all wonderful people and I thank you for giving me the motivation to be competitive and build a great physique. A job well done to all of you!

Starting Stats:
Height: 6???0 ft
Weight: 210 lbs
Body Fat: 12-14%
Bench: 315 lbs
Squat: 405 lbs
Deadlift: 455 lbs

Before Measurements:
Arms: 16.5 in
Shoulders: 54 in
Chest: 44 in
Waist: 32 in
Legs:25 in
Calves: 15 in

Ending Measurements:
Arms: 17.5 in +1 in
Shoulders: 55 in +1 in
Chest: 46 in +2 in
Waist: 32 in (stayed the same!)

Everything grew! Although, I'm not sure how I gained 2 inches on my chest and 1 in on my shoulders? I guess my chest responded really well. I'll take it!

Bench: 365 lbs +50 lbs !

Previous cycle history:
NONE. This was my very first cycle.

Goals:
My goals were to provide useful information for FIRST TIME users and to gain as much LBM as possible while staying the same body fat %. I believe I achieve my goals. It's been a couple weeks since I was on gear and I have not lost a single pound! I believe I motivated many users. I truly showed what a first cycle will do to many users that have descent genetics, diet, and training.

I also kept a detail log of my weight training to the T. I continuously posted motivation videos for everyone and gave the people and insight on my personal life. In addition, I posted some of my meals and what ingredients I used to make them!

quick update: 11/14/2011

I'm in my 3rd week of PCT and everything is going well. My weight is still the same but my lifts have decreased a bit. I have been noticing that I get tired quicker in my workouts but I just try to push it a little further until I'm done.

I'm going to be bulking until Feb and then I will start a legit 8-10 week recomp. I'm thinking prop/tren/var :)

P.S. THANK YOU Uncle Z for the extra 2x vials of Test E!!!! You're the man!
