Nice workout, after feeling my back be so sore today, while trying to do shrugs... I will be switching them up to :)

I've been doing 225 for a few weeks now but I just can't go any higher than six reps :( Oh well, strength will be decreasing soon anyways :shrug: so I may as well kiss 225 goodbye now :lol:
 
Well, this coming weekend is the last weekend before I have to start my comp prep so I decided to make it a pig out weekend :hog: instead of day or meal :p I plan on being high on sugar and drunk :lol:

I use the same weight for rear laterals as Jodi :rofl: I guess I know where the chink in my armor is :D
 
Hey those rear laterals took alot of work. It was about a year ago now when TP first told me that my rear delts suck :lol:. Last year I started that same exercise with 5lbs and could barely do 8 reps :rofl:

My shoulders suck :grumble: I can't develop a cap and I can never increase my lateral raise. I've been doing the same friggin weight for lateral raise since I started lifting years ago. :mad:
 
My excuse is my rotator :D I can actually feel where I hurt it while using the 20's. Feels fine though.

I am so excited..........:banana: They had Ostrich meat at Costco tonight. Only 2G fat for 4 oz. :dancer: So I bought 10lbs of it.
 
They also had buffalo but I really wanted the Ostrich. They had samples and OMG it was so good :)
