I saw an article on another board (In a different language.. thus no point for me linking it here).

It was an article about "jumping squats"..

PUBMED link:

Acute Salivary Hormone Responses to Complex Exerci... [J Strength Cond Res. 2010] - PubMed result

It basically says that if you do jumping squats, you may increase your natural testosterone production, by up to 13%.

You basically start like this:

You warm up...

Do one NORMAL set with 3 Reps (3 RM)
Then you do 3 sets with 50% of your max lift, with 3 reps.. on each rep you "JUMP UP" (After you are down).

Anyone tried this?

I thought it was kind of fun to do something new ;) (Only done it on one workout so far). I will give it a try for some months!

Im sure it will be awesome during PCT also :daydream:

The time this slight jump in test lasts is very short and the spike in test is minimal which makes it pretty insignificant. It can be any "power" type of movement also and you will most likely have the same spike. There are even studies that show that when you win a game football wrestling boxing whatever your body has a slight spike in test, just part of our physiology i guess. The increases in test arent significant in any sense though that you could take advantage of this to build more muscle

jerking off also increases t levels.

In related news, ill be increasing my T levels shortly.
