I saw an article on another board (In a different language.. thus no point for me linking it here).
It was an article about "jumping squats"..
PUBMED link:
Acute Salivary Hormone Responses to Complex Exerci... [J Strength Cond Res. 2010] - PubMed result
It basically says that if you do jumping squats, you may increase your natural testosterone production, by up to 13%.
You basically start like this:
You warm up...
Do one NORMAL set with 3 Reps (3 RM)
Then you do 3 sets with 50% of your max lift, with 3 reps.. on each rep you "JUMP UP" (After you are down).
Anyone tried this?
I thought it was kind of fun to do something new
(Only done it on one workout so far). I will give it a try for some months!
Im sure it will be awesome during PCT also
