In about two and a half months....I've gone from 214 to 189 lbs., and I've added some considerable mass....thanks in a large part to the diet and nutrition tips from three people here in this forum: w8lifter, Dr. Pain, and GoPro. Here's the before and after pics. Just wanted to say......THANKS!
It's just the beginning. The after pic makes me look bigger than I am, due to the crossed arm. But there's still a significant loss of fat and some new shoulder muscles I never knew I had.
