I am cuttin and I dont like cottage cheese that much. Is Kraft fat free singles cheese slice a good replacement? 1 slice = 5g protein, 0 fat and 2g carbs.

Also ate this quaker 100% natural granola oats, honey and raisins cereal at a friends place. It tastes damn good. but is it any good nutrition wise? around 6g fat, huge 27g carbs, and 5g protein in 1 bowl serving. i m ready to run an extra mile for this cereal :D ...justs tastes to good ;)

If you're cutting....the quaker cereal isn't likely your best bet....of the 27g carbs 20 of that is probably sugar. ;)

Fat free singles....processed cheese isn't probably the greatest and definitely not a replacement for cottage cheese.

personally I find fat free cheese to be absolutely disgusting, you can surely eat real cheese if it fits into your caloric total for the day. remember that eating fat(s) doesn't make you fat
