right my left bicep just does not want to grow its beggining to get stupid now if my left was same as my right id be such a happy chappy lol

im considering using MGF or IGF1 or something and pin it in my bicep..

i was gonna consider not training my right bicep for a while and just concentrating on the left ( my biceps get trainined enough with db rows ect..) do you think just traiining the left bicep on its own is good in these curcimstanses..

its pissing me offfffffffffffff!! :shooter::shooter::shooter:

its like arnold said we are like artist with clay adding more were we need it and my left really needs it so what you think should i foget my right for a while cuz mr left needs to catch up..

Switch to dumbbells and exercises that make each bicep work individually. When doing this, do NOT do extra sets and reps for the lagging arm. Do the same reps for each, with the same weight. The lagging bi will be working a fraction harder than the more developed bicep during the set, and should eventually catch up.
 
maybe lay off curling completely except maybe once every three to four weeks.

You said you get plenty of bicep work in your rows and pulls and if you're doing it right I would agree with you. My arms stagnated at 17" about a year ago. I cut out "arm day" and focused on heavy rows and pull-ups/downs instead. I steadily increased to 18" cold and have stayed there since late last year.

Now I am adding an arm day back in every 3-4 weeks to work on shape and aestehtics and maybe start adding some more gradual size (I'd like to hit 19").

You may be overtraining that other bicep so seriously just focus on compounds (pulls, deads, rows, presses, etc.) and it should catch up and both arms should take off.
 
It's probably genetic. I have the same problem which I though I could correct with altering my workout but it never worked. To put it in perspective for you my right arm was always an inch bigger than the left. I broke my right arm right in half (humerus) a debilitating fracture which left me crippled and recovering for months. When the cast came off my right arm was a stick, a mere 11 inches and all muscle wasted while my left my now my dominant at 16 inches. Well I thought to myself at least now after a few months of training I can finally achieve symmetry. Turns out after 4 months of training my right arm recovered and surpassed the left by nearly an inch and I certainly was pushing and pulling with my left especially on the compound lifts more than with the right. So now I just learned to live with it. I know it's certainly genetic for me.
 
I steadily increased to 18" cold and have stayed there since late last year.
