So you believe we should just help you, and that you have no responsibility to meet us half way? Your posts show a complete lack of respect for yourself and everyone that reads them. So, you can just keep blaming everyone else, that is why losers do, danny. Do you want to be a loser for the rest of your life? That is the direction you are heading. If I was to wager I would give 20 to 1 odds that you never make over $25,000 a year for the rest of your life and that you get sent to prison before you are 30.

I wished you would wise up. We don't treat you like a child for our amusement. We treat you like a child because you act like one and you deserve to be treated like one. My co-workers 12 year old son is 10 times more mature than you, and that is fucking sad. What do we have to do to get you to wake up? Most of the members on IM are successful, intelligent, accomplished people. We don't have time to waste on losers like you.

You can change all of that. You can make a promise to yourself to try harder and do better. You could be a winner if you wanted to be, but I doubt you have the drive to do it.

bench press
chin ups

Day 2:
3 sets x 10 reps
RDL
push up variation
seated row

DB row is fine.

push up variations could be things like:

push up/row combo (renegade row)
push ups w/feet elevated
push ups w/feet elevated on stability ball
push ups w/hands on stability ball
push ups w/rotation
push ups rolling a med. ball between hands after each rep
plyometric push ups
push up box jumps
push ups w/weight vest
 
no, this program only works if you do it on tuesday and saturday.

if you try and do it on any other day besides those two, it will fuck you up and you would need to change around what you are doing.

those exercises only work on their respective days.
 
I saw back there where you wrote you know the proper form just because you read a book. We have trainers where I work who are certified from reading a book and still no nothing about form. I do think everyone needs to be taught the right form on something like a clean, or any other oly lift for that matter, thats where things get real ugly. Keep in mind buddy, there is no subtitute for hard work. Working out 1-2 days a week your just spinning your wheels. Best of luck buddy.

thanks. as soon as wreslting seson is over im going to reallyn start training. im gunna do a power lifting workout or mayby westside for skinny bastards but im sure as a noob that thhis workout wil help me out
 
I am not sure of your background, but just keep it basic. Compound lifts focusing on incresing joint and tendon strength....
 
Thats as basic as it gets......should work well.
 
BTW im adding weight to the chinup right so i can only do 5(those are palms facing away right)? also for the pushups could i just put a stack of weights on my back and bust them out or put a back pack full of weights on because i dont have a vest

alright thanks. and 1 more question. im going to do this with my little bro who is 13 and also wrestles do you think it will be fine for him to do it? hes a little out of shape(can only do like 10 pushups) and a little chubby. should he do the exact same workout? or will the 3x5 be bad for him since he hasnt hit his growth spirt?

Same workout is fine. Just make sure he is using good form.
