Ok - firstly say the words "Lean Cuisine" and ask yourself if this would indicate a nutritious and calorie dense meal suitable for a highly active and growing individual??!
Seriously - These things are crap at the best of times. They are teeny little servings, made with poor quality ingredients that have been cooked to death and have very little nutritional benefits left. They are also usually packed with preservatives and other nasty things.
Also, unless you are migit sized, the calorie content of the meal is far from what you are going to need (that is, of course, unless you eat one every 2 hrs).
If you are looking for something convenient then you are better off to make your own 'pre-frozen meals'. It is just as simple to grab a tupperware container out of the freezer.
