I'm attempting to do something new I've never done, a cut. I'm currently cyclying.
6 ft, 200 pounds, 12-13% BF.
I'm looking to cut some more fat on cycle, while gaining lean muscle. What would you recommend as far as diet and cardio? Doing cardio on a empty stomach a bad idea? I obviously don't want to burn muscle and burn off that fat.
