Ok i am right handed, and i know that the majority of people are, but heres a question, when it comes to training arms why is my left arm stronger than my right. It does not matter if its biceps, shoulders or even benchpressing my left arm is always the strongest......any answers is this the norm....ps i know that benching is mainly chest.

Yea, you might be overtraining it. If you know what I mean!

My entire left side is noticeably stronger, and I'm right handed. I've always thought it had something to do with playing sports. I jump primarily with my left leg, I push off my left leg during sprints, pull/push with my left (lead) arm during martial arts, etc. I think it's more from a lifetime of "one-sided" activity than actual time spent lifting.

The same is true for me. I'm not really sure why that's the case. However, my grip is stronger with my right hand, and my right leg is stronger and more stable than my left. Besides that, everything on the left side of my body is bigger and stronger.
