damn close but never puked, from lifting.

I puked 3 times before from lifting. HIIT twice and one wicked leg day.

cardio is a whole diffrent story. training for a fight numerous times to over exertion.

Came pretty close but never did puke..probably a good thing.

Never even got close - I dont feel ill in that way when training. I've had the odd dizzy spell or struggled to get my breathing and heart rate down after heavy squats but thats about it -

Hell yeh I've done it.
Anybody who trains hard has.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
I puked a couple of times back when I was performing High Intensity Training.

Anybody who's trained hard has puked because of working out? Thats retarded.

I gotta say I dont agree that puking is a sign of training hard at all - this kinda falls into the same argument as "those who use belts and gloves are pussies!" and all that.

You dont have to have cut up shins to prove you deadlift properly and you dont need to bean up your lunch to show you've 'gone to the max'

I'd be interested in the PTs views but I would be concerned if people up and down the country were encouraged to lift until they throw up.

I've come close a few times.

Worst was being hungover, and once during a soccer match after a monumental hangover I puked about 15 minutes into the first half. On the field. I got some shit for that. Everyone was taking shots at me afterwards, but I lasted the whole match.

I did not go in with the intentions to puke. It just happened. I did to much.

@ summer school football (freshman year of high school, nobody worked) there would be 5-10 off to the side puking. The best part is that the coaches didn't work us as hard as they do in season because they thought they were killing us, when really it was the alcohol/being hungover feeling that made them puke.

like i said i have gotten a bit natious lifting. when i used to train before a fight it would happen though. you do that much crap slammed together it happens.

When I first starting getting really into BB I had a day with our local pro...a legs day. After I told him the first time I got sick when I went to the bathroom, he laughed and said, "okay, we'll stop on the quads...next is hammys". I had done squats, presses, and extensions at this point with only 20 sec b/t each set.

After the working on the hammys he sent me back to super set more extensions with lying hamstring curs....I got a sick again. I don't really think all the intensity was necessary. I think he was getting a kick out of it. It earned me a couple reps points at the gym, but that was the last time I ever worked with him on legs.

Came pretty damn close the other day during supersets on my Shock week for legs... If i had eaten anything screwey that day, it probly would have came up. I have come CLOSE many times, when im SERIOUSLY pushing myself. It mainly comes from supersetting and mixing cardiovascular work with high intensity weight training.

I have puked before doign a seeeeeeeriously intense type of cardio/weight training outdoors coined HOC (high octane cardio) wich involves going to a soccer field, sprinting 100 meters, jogging around the rest of the track, and then sprint back when u started. At each corner of the feild I did 20 pushups, 20 situps, 30 seconds of planks and diamond pushups. Repeat the cycle. The sprints are what do you in. I did that for i dont even remember how long last summer, and I puked while doing planks lol. Not one of my best days, but you have an aaaamaaaazing body high after a good HOC session. and you burn like, 1000+ cals lol.
