Today I was working my back :
2 sets of WG pullups - Failure with a few forced reps
2 sets of MG pullups - Failure with a few forced reps
2 sets of CG pullups - Failure with a few forced reps
3 sets of CG sitting rows
Then for lower back, I did some deads.. After all the previous sets my grip gone to shit, so i asked the a trainer there ( the owner ) - wtf should i do. He ran and grabbed me some straps. Mind you this is the first time i've ever used them and I had no idea how to ever use the shit. I them for deadlift's and really enjoyed the extra grip and support. So for all you people out there that say straps are for pussys?
They're very benifitial to complete a nice workout. Just wanted to get that off my chest.
