So, I just finished my first semester at College and now that i'm in the routine, I can balance my time and go hit the gym again. I'm trying to get the body that i had in high school back only bigger and more defined, but there is nothing worse than starting over. AAAHHHH!!!
It sucks. The only thing is that during my high school football career, there was no such thing as going easy or doing anything half-assed. There was no "quit" with me. Once my senior season was over, I did my own workout and not many people could keep up. I loved it. The head football coach added some of the things that I did to the new workout for the football team. It was great. But once I graduated, a LOT happened over the summer and I didn't have access to a weight room or gym and let's face it, no one works out at home. Now I have access to the most amazing rec. facility I have ever seen: The Colvin Rec Center at OSU. Wow.
But here is the $64,000 question: having messed my knees up during high school football, it hurts to get in a good leg workout but I do it anyway. Any advice?
