Hey I'm 15 years old and just started workingout about 4.5 months ago. I've seen some improvement, but I have no good workout routine, I just go to the gym and do most of what my personal trainer said in the first day I got a membership. I want to gain some mass because in the last 4.5 months I've only gained about 4 pounds which sucks bad. I'm 5'11 and weigh 158 pounds.
My questions are:
Can anyone give me a good training routine for my upper body?
A good healthy diet that can help me gain some mass?
Also I play a lot of basketball and if anyone knew some workouts for the legs or arm that can help me out would be great.
