little help with AI

Hey guys im looking for thoughts on Ai doses. Gonna run test e 12 wks 500 mg split during the week, 4 wks 30 mg dbol. Reading different ideas i AI....1 mg ed for 4 wks, down to .5 for rest of cycle? Start AI at .5 eod throughout cycle. Any and all help is much appreciated. This is my first true cycle at 30 yrs old,6'0" 193lbs 11% bf. Thanks to you all. Really enjoying the threads here!!

The dosage depends on what your taking for your AI. You would want to run Adex at .5mg EOD for your entire cycle and for the first 14 days into your PCT. If your running Aromasin, you may want to run it at 12.5mg ED up to 25mg depending on how you feel.

How about your HCG?

I should of been more specific aja44... gonna use adex...hcg at 500 ius per wk. Pct will be wk 13 off wk 14 100mg clomid ed,wks 15-17 50 mg cllomid ed. Thanks for the reply bro

Adex works fine for me at .5 every other day.
