So my girl asked me to drop in and ask for an expert opinion. She's 5'7, won't divulge weight
but she's looking to lose 60 lbs. Based on my estimations, that's not a crazy number. That's about what she's gained over a few years, between heath issues, and other shit, it happened slowly over time. No idea on calories (I'm making her start counting - I'm thinking WAY too low) so I will have full macros in a few days. Just looking for some suggestions on general shit.
