Recently, for fat loss I have been taking I take CLA, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Fish Oil, L-tyrosine, l-carnitine, dmae, chromium, vitamin E, acetyl l-carnitine and folic acid.

Ideally I would like to take something that doesn't contain any sort of stimulant, but I am willing to try something new. But it's time consuming taking each individual pill to get the mg levels (about 500-750mg each for the l-tyrosine, l-carnitine, dmae & acetyl l-carnitine) and 1000mg of CLA and Fishoil a day.

Is there a combination supplement out there that includes all these so I can cut down on the number of pills I take/have to buy?

OR

Is there something out there that has a good mix for fat loss that would be a bit different or somewhat similar to what I currently take that is affective?

High protein, strict diet, with cardio/ exercise? From your pics you don't really have anything to lose. Most guys like SOME meat on a woman. You look pretty good. Toning up is maybe all I could possibly recommend.
Good luck!

I was under the impression that you need about 12-16grams of CLA to see any difference in weightloss. But such high doses were not healthy. Can anyone shed any light here?

That's all I really want to do, there are just the last vanity pounds to kill, but I really like where I am at now, I need some leg and arm work, and a little bit more to my abs, then I'll feel happy and content.. and I'll have something to maintain.

Any specific recommendations for the diet/exercise?

Man, in that good a shape and still looking to improve....you're significant other is one lucky s.o.b.....
Well, for one thing, you drink too much green tea. Too much of anything is not healthy, and that is too much.
As for your diet, you can try Ripped Fuel (most say it doesn't work, but it actually can help with small amounts of weight loss, like 5 or 10 lbs, at least in my experience.
The second thing that works is a journal of what you eat. It is a pain, and usually isn't done for more than 2 weeks before one stops being vigilant, but it really helps you realize wether or not you are ACTUALLY eating well or you just think you are. If you can add a rating on your journal at the end of each day, say from 1 to 10 where 10 is the best, at the end of 2 to 4 weeks you can see how well you did. For instance, If I ate REAL STRICT over the day, and kept fat, carbs and calories relatively low, I would give myself a 9.5 or so, a 10 if I felt I ate perfectly. Add you scores and divide by the number of days to get the average score. My bet is that if you average an 8.5 or higher, (at least for 2 to 4 weeks) you will have lost weight. If you average a 7 and realize that you haven't lost any weight, well there you go! Your diet isn't there yet. Like I said, this is a pain, but it really works. YOu find yourself making better choices in foods and eating better because you don't want to log those bad foods in the journal and mess up your daily score. COrny but effective.
Anyways, I want to reiterate....you look great, and I don't see where these pounds are going to come from. Ask any guy here if you need to lose any weight. Their answer will be no (at least if they are normal it will....)

LeptiGen.
I like Avant products but I still have my doubts concerning Leptigen. I work for a pharmaceutical company and know a lot of work has been going on (trials and such) in trying to find an obesity/weight-loss drug with emphasis on regulating leptin. Most if not all of these trials have been dropped because the lack of efficacy. If a drug company pours in millions upon millions of dollars and can't get it to work, how can a little supplemnt company make it work (or should I say, make it work with NOTICABLE results). Definatly not trying to bash avant or leptigen, just wondering how much of the feedback is placebo and how much is real.

The avant products take a different stance to what most companies take. The LeptiGen products are aimed at providing the substrate that are usually present in the fed state, downstream of leptin signalling. Most companies (as i'm sure you'll know), look into means of injecting leptin, disabling the effects of leptin or promoting the effects of leptin.

The Leptigen formulas try to mimic leptin, by putting these substrates there that should be there, but aren't due to dieting and/or lack of bodyfat.

End of the day, a couple of tubs of LG Basic will set you back just over $30 if you go through DPS - $50 through nutrplanet. Give them a go on a diet and see for yourself what the effects are like and whether they're more placebo. Only you will know for sure. :)
