Looking for a critique on my cycle

200lbs
bf 17-20%
bench 235
squat 315
dead 405

Goal bodybuilding, lean muscle shed BF

12 week test only cycle
week 1-12 test e 600mg
week 3-12 aroma 10mg a day
then I'm going to get hcgenerate I've read alot on it just want to hear opinions on it and how it should be used for my cycle

4 weeks of PCT
clomid 2x daily
3g vitamin c
aroma 10mg a day

diet
5 meals daily
Each meal consist of
50g protein
35g carbs
60-65g fat

workout 4-5 times a week

I'll give you some.....try and lower your BF% at least to the lower teens before you start. 20% is rather high, IMHO. 200lbs at 5'11.....you should be able to pack on some more size natty with those stats. And you didn't mention if you have ran a cycle before or not. Have you? If so, what? Lastly, I'm a huge fan of Proviron. It is my secret miracle drug that works fantastic wonders at high doses.

Ok Il slim down the fat i cleaned my diet up vastly and have been pretty strict so i get down to about 15bf and run it. Yes I've done this cycle before with no hcg and a piss poor pct
 
That low bench number for your body weight is a little tell tale there. Work on your training, and your diet. I don't mean to say that high bench numbers are the end all goal. I haven't maxed out in on Bench on over a year honestly I don't really care how much I can bench for 1 rep. Unless your a powerlifter you should be working on high reps with moderate weight. Having said that 235 for a single rep on bench is pretty low. Work up to doing that number for 10 reps. Just my 2 cents
