Hey guys, newbie here and Im a 6'2'' 200lb 20yr old full time college student looking for some advice on getting more tone and losing that belly I have. The problem is, my school schedule doesn't allow me to hit the gym that often, or at all for that matter. I just now started running the trail next to my college and am looking into buying a few sets of dumbells ( 25lbs, 35lbs, 45lbs). Do any of you guys have some advice for me on a simple weekly workout plan (considering the limited amount of machinery i.e. dumbells) that will help me firm up and lose maybe 10 pounds of fat while also building a little bit of muscle? Should I be taking any supplements other than a multivitamin that I already am taking? I used to workout a decent amount in high school but nowadays i dont have the time to put in the workout that I used to. If anybody has any advice for me, it would be much appreciated!!
