i have been working out for a while now and i am looking for the mass. i know you do low reps heavy weights. i am really looking for chest shoulders and arms for the mass. how many sets do i do do i lift till i cant lift any more what is the best way for me to be able to gain mass? any help would be a great help thanks alot.
 
there is no secret formula, nor any one canned program that suits everyone, changing things up often helps, keeping rep ranges in the 4-12 range, lots of protein, adequate rest.

how old are you? and how much do you weigh now? know your body fat%? that can help give an idea of where your coming from.
 
lol...don't make fun...you say you lift till you cant lift anymore..think you need to read the stickies
 
There's so many things involved here that I think the best answer is to read the stickies first and come back if you have any further questions.
