im talking about the food source really here guys not the amount of carbsi get my carbs from potatoe pasta and rice.. and some veggies think im best going with veggies only on the low days?

yeah in the quote u quoted me on i said they are my main carb souce recently tho ive got alot more veg in my diet my diet didnt have any and was far to acidic, was just wondering on low carb days is it ok to get ur carb sources purley from veggies? im guessing it doesnt really matter its just a nutrient to your body regardless of what form it comes in?
just something i was wondering really...
do you eat the same carb sources and just less of it or do you have a favoured carb source when on low carb days?
