me and a friend are really interested in getting more lean and possibly even getting abs by june/july. Both of us are around 5 10' he is about 29.25% bf and wighs about 203 pounds. Im currently around 15.95% bf and at 161 pounds. Could someone please help us out on a routine and diet to help us reach our goals. Both of us are unexperienced in body training and eat poorly but would like to change.
