I work my a$$ off in the gym and in the kitchen but it just stays the same. obvisouly need to change something. anyone got success stories and what they did thanks

Maybe you should post your stats, what your diet is like (total calories/day and macros (protein-fats-carbs)) and also your workout routine.
You won't get any miraculous stories here, but a lot of people will help you out

Still I don't see anything related to your diet. Losing fat is mostly about calorie intake vs calorie expenditure.
Go to fitday.com ,
track your nutrition for 2-3 days and come back with the macros

I can tell you from experience that it's very easy to underestimate your calories unless you keep a good track.
Meanwhile visit Built's blog http://builtblog.wikidbody.com/ , she's been extremely helpful to me and many others in this forum

Thanx for posting that .com BRO. For sure a handy tool.

I've got to say the Intermittent fasting worked very well for me. It's tough to get use to but after the beginning its ez-coasting.
