Hold on right, can any of you massive fuckers knock me up a diet plan for a first time, I wanna be fucking massive so I can kick some butt....
Like I live at me girlfriends parents house so I cant really knock a fry up every morning with 8 eggs on can I! And there isnt a breakfast van outside what does egg sandwhiches...... and I dont really like Tuna for me dinner apart from that Im your oyster... oh and I keep away from sea food.. it fucking stinks........

You want to get massive but your full of fuckin excuses. I can't eat this, I can't eat that, I can't cook in the morning blah blah blah. Those who have achieved a massive and cut physique do whatever it takes to get there....no fuckin excuses!
 
Hold on dont be getting moody over what I said, I had tuna today me man and I was nearly sick, Id still have chicken, beef, pork, sausage, ham, turkey and stuff, I fucking love egss but I cant use our lass's mams eggs what she bought from the supermarche can I, At me work, they dont have a hob or fuck all to cook eggs on otherwise I would...

A CHICKEN SANDWHICH 09:30
CHICKEN BREATS AND RICE FOR ME DINNER 12:15
PROTEIN SHAKE 13:00
CHEESE STRINGS 14:00
SOMETHING FOR ME TEA, CHANGES ALL THE TIME 18:00
PROTEIN SHAKE 20:00
Is that enough or what?? Take in mind im only 17 and I wanna be fucking huge by the time im 19

It's called EAT.

Little fucks don't understand this.

You have to EAT big to get BIG.

Eat clean. Eat meat (Turkey and Chicken), eat protein bars, drink muscle milk.

Try to get a gram of protein per lb of body weight per day.

It's not easy, and that's why alot of us come off as hardasses. There's no (get me big) formula.

Eat big, eat smart, train hard, and be consistent.

Take a shit ton of juice too. (sarcasm intented)

in my opinion and i am not an expert but that doesnt look like enough calories and u could prob afford to supplement a few shakes for food jus my 2 cents
 
Your age is going to hold you back. Your metabolism is going through the roof bc ur nutts dropped a few yrs back. So your system in on overdrive. Fuck a diet and eat like your life depends on it and train smart. You can overtrain!!! Listen to your body and continue doing research and you will be as big as your body....wink wink!! Will let you. from the last day that you posted, you weren't eating that much.

put down the quantites of each food that you're eating so we can see where your calories are at.

what is your weight now ? how about posting up some pictures ?
 
You live at your girlfriends house and you cant buy fucking eggs and cook them!! why dont you get a job and an apartment before you fail at bodybuilding!
