Don't know. I refuse to use it. IMO you can get better results from slower burning carbs. I'm proof of that, that's for sure.

You mean whole food alternatives?

Rice cakes/crackers, ground oats, bagels,

berries (raspbaerries, strawberries, blueberries), bananas, pineapples, skim milk, nf yogourt, white rice, potatos

things like that.
