Hey guys I'm gonna give you my viewing smoking and working out
Id always smoke in the morning eat take my supps protein shake etc.. Then my high would be gone I'd wait 20 mins then go workout intensely after that I'd smoke just to relax you build muscle when you relax correct? And I'd always smoke before bed just it increases a deeper sleep
Over all I'd advise you to do it. Don't be a total pot head with it cause you might get lazy I didn't
but I noticed I ate a significant amount more and I felt like I built quicker
