hey i was just wondering when u use a mass gainer product to increase lean muscle mass does this mean that your muscles become less toned (cut), do they give u a gut at all. Thses gainers dont simple turn u into a fat person do they?
The timing of when you consume the "mass gainers" is important as well. Since most are very high in sugar, it is best to use them first thing in the morning and just after training, when your body has a propensity for storing carbs/sugars in muscle rather than fat cells.
